Sara Schmuckler believes your voice is your most powerful tool for connection. As the founder and owner of On Your Voice LLC (OYV), Sara is a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Voice Specialist, and Vocal Health Educator dedicated to helping individuals in the Greater Philadelphia Area discover, heal, and optimize their unique sound.

 

Driven by Personal Passion

As a speaker, singer, and professional daily voice user, Sara knows firsthand the profound frustration of a voice that won't cooperate when you need it most. This personal experience is the heartbeat of her practice. She goes beyond treating symptoms, empowering her clients through vocal health education, targeted modification skills, and long-term wellness strategies. Her guiding philosophy is simple but profound: Everyone deserves to be heard, and everyone deserves a voice they are proud and confident to use.

Beyond her private practice, Sara brings her highly specialized skills to the Otolaryngology Department at Jefferson University Hospital in Center City. There, she provides critical, life-changing rehabilitative care for adults navigating a wide spectrum of challenges. Her clinical expertise includes:​

• Gender-affirming voice care

• Parkinson’s and age-related voice changes

• Speech, language, and cognitive-linguistic deficits

• Swallowing disorders​

Additionally, Sara proudly extends her voice rehabilitation support to the veterans at the VA Hospital of Philadelphia, ensuring those who served have the care they need to communicate effectively.

Sara’s life is a testament to the joy of expression. With a background in theater, she spends her time outside the clinic as a dedicated crafter and choreographer, bringing stories to life through collaborations with local school musical productions. Residing in Montgomery County, PA, her greatest joy and endless source of inspiration are her two young children—whose developing voices and boundless imaginations remind her daily of the magic of human connection.
